Born in Russia, she has traveled internationally where she has acquired a strong experience in sales and team management. In 2017, she successfully obtained her pastry diploma from the very famous Le Cordon Bleu school in Paris. She loves France and more particularly Versailles where she has chosen to settle with her family. Very invested, creative and inventive in her job, she is passionate and always looking for new things.
Born in Italy to Togolese parents, Giuseppe Dosseh arrived in France at the age of three. After a BEP in electronics, he dreams of himself as a footballer and works in animation and social. In 2000, he moved to Versailles. He misses Africa and itches the desire to undertake. He makes a simple observation: African cuisine, however inventive and refined, is not present anywhere. Drawing on his multicultural origins, he designs a restaurant and a menu in the colors of his desires and ambitions.
